Wipe down with a warm rag. Empty the tank at a minimum of once a month to clean and refill with clean water.

How much water does the pump need to work?

Make sure the pump is submerged in water at all times. The water capacity is 5.2 Gallons

Does the water stream cover the entire glass surface?

Yes, the water covers the entire glass surface when turned on and flowing.

Does it come with decorative stones or other accessories for the base?

It comes with polished stones. Although, you can replace the stones with your own polished and colored sets

Explain how is it wall mounted? Does it use studs? Can it be seen in the instructional Video

The instructional video shows how to install the bracket and the fountain onto the bracket. Use a stud finder, drill, level, and the included hardware.

For mirror fountains: I can not turn my fountain off via the remotremote. How to fix it?

The remote included for the wall mounted fountain only controls the LED lights. To turn off the fountain please unplug it.
